EXTREME SOUNDZ — Attraction in Lumberton

Worst experience in customer service ever. I will never use this place of business again. They lack basic communication skills and their service is subpar. We set up an appointment to have my husband's radio installed in his truck. They told us to be there at 9am and that it would take 4 hours. We live 40 minutes away so we hung around Lumberton since they said it would only take 4 hours. We took a day off work. We get there at 8:45. My husband was the first one there but they took another persons vehicle back first. This person came in after him but she had purchased all of her equipment from them. Matter of fact, my husband's was the last vehicle they did and it wasn't ready til 4:45pm. When we went by at 12:30pm and wanted to know why his truck was in the same place. They said they tell everyone to get there at 9am. How does that work??? My husband purchased his radio and other equipment needed from online since he was able to find what he needed much cheaper and better quality. Extreme Soundz equipment was overpriced and mid grade level, so we went elsewhere to purchase it. So what we realized from this experience is they only treat people who buy their equipment with any kind of decency. Once my husband got in his truck after the installation he saw where they had left trash from the installation on the floor. They removed different stuff from behind the seats to install the equipment and just left it in the floor board. Their whole attitude towards the installation was pretty crappie. People use to take pride in their work. Not these people. They wouldn't even show him how to set the radio up. They told him to look in the manual when he asked. Long story short go anywhere else...

They completely destroyed my wife’s car. They was supposed to fix the factory radio but instead they installed a new radio in the very bottom. It’s so awkward to use since they bypassed the factory screen she can’t tell what the air is set on. And they did all this without our consent. We wanted the factory radio fixed because the back up camera was awesome so do not use this company and they told my wife she could wait there instead of dropping her car off because it wouldn’t take long she was there at 9am at 1pm she inquired on the status of her vehicle and they informed her that they haven’t started on it yet because they had cars to finish from the day before. Initially pleased, dissapointed afterwards. My son got a stereo put in on his used vehicle. Initially pleased with overall quality of work, but very dissapointed that the labor price for bypassing the old amp didn't include running new speaker wire from the newly installed stereo. When I used to DJ I would NEVER use existing wiring when I set up my equipment. Why would I use 14 year old UNTESTED WIRES (they werent able to test the wires because there were no speakers) and I knew they didnt test them because they ASKED ME WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR did the wires work?
