Planet Fitness — Local services in Lumberton

I enjoy the planet fitness environment, is so diverse with different people of different ages ethnicities and just ethnicities and genders. I enjoy the fact that there are so many different equipment that can be used on A-day today basis, and the hours of the gym was open 247. Most places are not like that period I also enjoy the fact that there is intense synthesization being done throughout the whole gym as a whole from the members as well as the staff. I enjoy that there are showers available For use and I enjoy that there are changing rooms. I plan on attending this gym for a while because I want to continue my fitness routine regimen that I have stepped away from for a while now. I used to be in raiders and GRTC in high school. I was on the hydo bed after being allowed to stay for 20 minutes due to they were not busy when another worker, black young lady, over heard me ask for 20 minutes and came to my bed after it had already started a few minutes and stopped it and told me I could only be on 10 minutes at a time. Now she was very rude because it wasn't hurting anyone first of all. Second, she could have just informed the other worker that wasn't allowed so next time she could explain it; third, she could have left me alone especially since I had already gotten relaxed and not a single person in the back on any of the equipment but me!!!! Rude, Rude, Rude. I don't know if I want to go back. This young lady needs training in customer service. I mean just stopped the machine and then started it over...

i am a black card member , i came to this gym cause i come up to lumberton often . i was actually going to tour this one . The young man scan my card told me i was 6 days pass due on my monthly payment and handed me my card like get going . he treated me very nasty . I checked with my home gym and they told me everything looks fine on their end they dont see why this happened . i also check my bank acoount online and saw where the funds were taking out for planet fitness . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE WAS HORRIBLE , I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYDAY AND I KNOW HOW YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO TREAT YOU CUSTOMERS . I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECCOMMEND...
