Grace Marie Jewelry and Design — Attraction in Lynchburg

I decided at the last minute that I wanted to wear my mothers ring in my daughters wedding. My mothers ring was 3 sizes too small . So I visited Grace Marie Jewelry doubting I would be able to get it made bigger in time. I went in on a Thursday midday and left my ring along with a pendant that needed a new bail. I needed by the end of Friday. I received a text first thing Friday morning that both were ready!!! When I picked them up they offered to clean my wedding ring and a ring that once belonged to my mother in law. Thank goodness. They noticed that a couple of the prongs on my wedding ring were broken off and assured me my diamond was still being held in place by 4 prongs but I should come back in after the wedding and get the two broken prongs fixed to ensure I wouldn’t lose my diamond. I was so pleased with the quick service, the friendliness of the owners, and the reasonable prices. I recommend if you’re looking for a jeweler who cares that you visit this great store. AND the big plus is the jeweler is on site…… your jewelry doesn’t have to be sent off not do you have to wait a week for a jeweler to come to the store. I’ll definitely make this new business my go to...

I went in to Grace Marie to look at watch bands with no intention of buying jewelry. I have plenty! I walked by a counter, spotted a necklace with a single pearl on a silver circle, and had to have it! Sterling silver. Lovely chain with lobster claw clasp. Very fairly priced to begin with, a bargain with the "grand opening sale" discount, plus they had balloons to pop for an additional 10 to 25% off and mine contained a 25% coupon!!

Yes... nice price for a nice piece of jewelry. But even more impressive was the service I received and, as I learned in the course of conversation, the level of training/education/experience the owner has in the jewelry and design business
