I placed an order for overnight shipping. They notified me the next day, nearly 24 hours later that they could not ship due to my billing and shipping address being different. They emailed me to verify that delivery to the billing address was OK. I responded quickly and got no response. I tried to call but got the voicemail for over an hour and have still yet to reach them. They are unprofessional, lack punctuality, and seem to be no more organized than college kids in their parents basement. They have no sense of urgency and fail to understand that when a customer orders express overnight for over $80 that means they want it the NEXT DAY. They do not want an email the next day asking if they can send within TWO days. As soon as I get a hold of them I am cancelling my order and will be looking for equipment elsewhere. I recently added my fourth type of spirit box—the SBox Ghost Box—and it did not disappoint. We tested it out in a Best Buy parking lot and picked up spirit responses immediately. It said "Scott" (who we were on our way to meet at the Brooksville Train Depot investigation) and then clearly said my name right after. It was mind-blowing!

Loved this place at first. Helpful and friendly. Ended up buying several gifts. A lot of money. Purchased a boo bear jr. From day one it did not work. Called several times. Finally drove an hour and half to buisness location. They examined bear and decided it was not working. The lady that helped us admitted that the new bears were too small for the circuit board. U can actually see it and feel it coming out the side of the bear. She took it in the back foe some "surgery". Brought it back out front and said it's working now. Guess what? Still doesn't work. Acts like it's shorting out. Have tried calling and left several messages. NO return calls. Horrible customer service. They know there is an issue with the equipment and will not stand behind it. Do not buy from this buisness....
