Interested in consigning here? I would NOT recommend. Although The store and contents of the store are beyond beautiful and the price says are extremely fair I had a terrible poor experience with the owner of the shop. I brought in a beautiful coat that needed to be evaluated for a consigning price. I signed the paper contingent on the fact that she was going to call me back to find the right resource to evaluate for a fair price. I signed the paper contingent on the fact that she was going to call me back to find out exactly what an appropriate price point would be at the time she shared that she had a resource that could shed light on the jacket. Over the next 2 to 3 weeks I never got a call back and she didn’t return any phone calls. she never communicated until finally almost a month later she reached out to let me know that she had sold the jacket without my agreement on the price. Not only was this a breach of an agreement that was made at the shop in a face-to-face kind manner, but it is just poor customer service. She seems so nice but ultimately she really lowballed this jacket sold it for nothing and then called me like it was not a big deal and she did not remember we had agreed to choose the best price. Although they have been open and she has been consigning for almost 20 years. This experience left me uncertain of consigning in the future I will not be going back. If you have items that you care about and want to know the price that they are being sold for Ffirst I do not recommend this store. I found the customer service to be poor and...

I have been going to Ali's Closet to consign and shop for about five years and it is my favorite consignment shop by a long shot. The owner, Casey, is knowledgeable and fair. I know I can trust her 100%. Each time I drop off items, she creates a list of what I left along with pricing and emails it to me. At the end of the consignment period, I get an updated list with the items that sold and the amount for each. The shop is organized and efficient.

The shop is picky about what they take and although this means they don't take some of my items, it ultimately equates to more of the items I do leave selling (because Casey has a good idea of what will sell) and a better shopping experience for me. This is my number one stop when I'm cleaning out nicer items in my closet. As far as shopping goes, I have found some great items here including my favorite - a Tory Burch sweater.

Casey has created a super cute and pleasant shopping environment so whether you are looking for a place to consign or shop, put this at the top of your list of places...

Love this store. It is pretty much my first choice and go-to location.

You forget you are buying gently used because of the nice labels and amazing quality. The store is laid out so well, true boutique-style with a very personal atmosphere.

On top of it all, the prices are awesome and the owner's business model offers daily savings on top of that along with charitable opportunities to shop AND give back.

If you have not been, you really must check it out!! New stuff flowing in the doors every day/week fitting for any size, age or fashion sense. Better than a box...
