What started out as a great experience turned into a disaster. We signed a contract, or what we thought was a contract, that stated we wanted a 2400 sq ft home. I even sent sketches of the type of layout and what we were looking for so that she would have an idea when drawing out our home. She emailed us about certain things being changed which was great. When the sketches were done, the house looked great. We signed off not knowing (since we have never done this before) that she had made our 2400 sq ft home into a 3400 sq ft home. When the mistake was realized we contacted the office right away. We met with Anthony, who was incredibly rude about the whole matter. He stated that the 2400 sq ft was just a parameter. So does this mean you can draw homes that are way out of our budget? I wasn’t quite sure why the original architect could call to let us know the fourth bedroom we wanted could not fit on the same floor as the rest but couldn’t call to say she could not fit what we were looking for in a 2400 sq ft home. He told us to move on and stop dwelling on the disagreement. Finally get this monster house down to an affordable size of 2600. Anthony had the nerve to charge for the construction plan prints again. When my husband said he wasn’t made aware that he would have to pay again, Anthony took the plans and said “ you’ll get the plans when you bring the money”. How unprofessional and 100% rude. If the company at least took ownership of the mistake and just waived the construction plan fee, this whole experience would have turned around for the better. Instead, Anthony treated us like people who were just bothering them instead of the paying clients that we were. I will never recommend this business to any of my friends or family who are thinking about remodeling or building. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever...
Read moreWe had a great experience with Guzzo & Guzzo. Recently we contacted the firm to inquire about drawings for a side addition for our home. We knew we would need a variance for this project and we needed professional guidance. We worked with Anthony Ardizzone on the project. Anthony could not have been more professional and patient with us. He guided us through the process, making visits to our home to demonstrate what we would need to ask our town for. We were totally prepared for our variance application and appointment with our town board of adjustment. As a result of our one on one work with Anthony and his expert knowledge of the process and the precise drawing that the town requested, we were approved for our variance. We would highly recommend Anthony Ardizzone and Guzzo and Guzzo Architects. Thank you...

We worked exclusively with Mr. Anthony Ardizzone throughout the entire drafting and design process. Anthony embraced our ideas and kept our vision at the forefront of his design. He was timely and responsive throughout the duration of the project and made us feel as though our home was his priority. My wife and I could not be happier with the final plans, and would recommend Guzzo and Guzzo Architects to our own family...
