Would give 0 stars if I could. Been having issues with my car lately so I've been in here a lot and EVERYTIME is some issue. I bought a a dash mount for my phone "new" off the shelf at retail price and when I went to install it and noticed it was ripped opened, taped back together and put back on the shelf full price. Went in the other day with a specific part number for my engine air filter and was told they didn't need it and could look it up, give me a part for a different model of my car so of course it didn't fit. I go back into exchange it, TELLING "Ray D." what happened and the part number I originally asked for. Argues that he will just look up the car, goes in the back and brings back to the exact part that I just returned and said that it is the correct one. Sat there and argued with me. Showed him the picture of the part that was in my car and needed to be replaced with the part number on it matching the part number I gave him and he fought with me to go to my car, take my stuff apart, just to look at exactly what I told and showed him? Just to then say he didn't even have the part and wasted my time. Completely unprofessional and in my opinion extremely sexist. I'm usually not one to play that card but if a man walked in there and asked for a part number I guarantee he would get that part number not an argument about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSeems like every time I go in this store(and itās just this store cuz every other store in the area is great) I wait for at least 15 mins before Iām even acknowledged. Then they usually do not have he part I need and I end up going somewhere else anyway. Mind you thereās always at least one employee doing nothing while the other employees are working their butts off which in turn makes for horrible customer service because by the time they get to me (15 mins later) they are just as frustrated as I am. I think management needs to address some work ethic amongst these slacker individuals. Iām sure if they canāt produce quality work that there are at least 25 other qualified individuals who are unemployed at the moment and would love the...

The first time we went this young guy named Rishton sold us the wrong plugs which could've seriously damaged our truck more it was a good thing my husband caught it before he replaced it. Keeping in mind we didn't know what kind of plugs our truck had to start first time changing them on this one. The second time we had to go about an hour later the other guy who's name I didn't catch being it was already a long day but was older so we thought he had more experience ended up shorting us one plug. So now the next morning he has to pedal a beach cruiser with a bad back back up to Lynn Haven, Fl Autozone on Hwy 77 for...
