I started this going to the closest computer repair place to my house after I crashed my gaming pc while trying to install a new gpu and cpu. The guy at tgot my pc running again but immediately after I got it back home it overheated. The guy had just wiped off the thermal paste from my old cpu and installed the new cpu with no paste. I don’t know anything about this but I do know that you have to have thermal paste between your cpu and cpu cooler. How the hell can this guy know how to get my pc up and running after a crash but not know to put paste on the cpu? After spend over $3000 on this gaming pc there’s no way I’m taking it back to a guy that has not heard about thermal paste! So I started to read everyone’s reviews about computer repair places in my area and Cascade Computers had the most positive reviews that are definitely not the same people writing fake reviews over and over which is what I now suspect the guy at the place close to my house did. Antonio here at Cascade was just as aghast as I was about the lack of thermal paste. I had him install a new small form factor 1000watt power supply to go with my new rtx 4090 graphics card in my very small SSUPD gaming pc, and update my motherboard BIOS and check out my gaming pc in general to make sure everything works. He was very nice and knowledgeable and had my pc back to me the next day and it has been working fine since. His prices are very reasonable and this is the first place I will be calling if I need technical help...

Antonio is the man! I have never reviewed anyone on google but he helped me out tremendously, I felt I should. I purchased a new HP laptop and I had to send it back for warranty repairs. They sent it back with software issues and a microsoft download issue. I hated I couldn't figure it out so took a chance with Antonio. He quickly greeted me and started to resolve the problem, as I stood there and educating me as he solved the issue. Wasn't like he took it in the back where I didn't see whats going on.
