I was so excited about this place because I'd gotten the chicken fried rice for lunch one day, and it was really good! I grabbed a takeout menu and was so happy to see a Thai section bc I can't find good Thai food anywhere. Well, I still can't. I got two orders of chicken satay w/ xtra peanut sauce (charged), panang chicken, and of course, the fried rice again for my family. I couldn't believe what I was seeing when I got home and opened the satay! It was chicken jerky on a stick! I was expecting some plump juicy grilled chicken, but I've never even seen anything like it (it looked like those treats for my dog), and the ends were actually crispy and flaky. The peanut sauce tasted somewhat like panang curry but with a twist of idk! Then came the actual panang chicken. Ummm, no. I don't know what that was, but it was not panang sauce! My first hint should have been that I wasn't asked what number I wanted. Usually, when ordering panang curry somewhere you're asked if you want number 1 through 5, which is the level of spice. It had been so long since I'd had this that I completely forgot about it until I was driving home with the food. I was worried it was going to be too spicy. But it did not even taste like mild does, much less be too spicy; in fact,it didn't taste like curry either! We had to use the peanut sauce on the meal to tolerate eating it and not waste the fifty bucks I spent, and we just threw the satay in the trash. Obviously I'm not sure what anything else on their menu, but I really do like their fried rice, which is why I gave them a 2 out of 5. I would advise not ordering from the Thai section of the menu, and just find yourself a good Thai restaurant, if you can. I did not call to complain because if you knew what I went through just picking it up you'd know I'd never get a refund anyway. So I didn't...
Read moreLucky Dragon should review there policy for costumer that have food Allergies Yesterday my employer ordered from this location and in my order I expressed in the comments mushroom allergy. I received my order with my name on it , checked my food for possible mushroom (what I order had none salted pepper shrimp ) everything looked well but after 15-20 minutes I had an anaphylactic allergic reaction. The possible cause was cross contamination. And I say this is because otherwise if it were a direct contact I would have probably died. So in the future if you can’t cater to customers with food allergies please say so. Call the customer and tell them you can’t guarantee their safety and cancel the order. This protects them and you I was lucky to have been at work and had immediate emergency assistance, now I have to pay an ambulance ride and hospital bill. Please be careful and mindful of people’s life and safety. I write this with the intention to educate and raise awareness about food allergy...
Read moreHow do you like the taste of melted Styrofoam? I personally think it has a foamy taste. The last time we ordered pick up I noticed my sesame chicken was so hot on the bottom it was warping the Styrofoam. This time out sesame tofu decided to melt all the way through. This kind of heat only occurs when microwaving the food. When I called to speak with employee to no surprise they said I was wrong. Eating Styrofoam will cause cancer BTW. I'm sure I will not have a problem finding another option for food. Defenitly not luck dragon. Ohh and I burned my finger on the food. Let's see how good their...
