Madison East Shopping Center — Attraction in Madison

The Only Reason I'm Saying The Madison East Plaza is Okay is because I think that they could clean this Shopping Plaza up because EVERYTIME I stop by ANY of The Stores, Walgreens, Little Caesars, Family Dollar, just to name a Few, There is ALWAYS people hanging out in the Parking Lot or Around the Stores Begging for Money, Cigarettes, Etc. I ALWAYS see a Man and sometimes his Girlfriend/Wife with a Baby out there Begging for Money.... They use excuses of Needing Money to get on the Bus, Food, Hotel Room, Etc. When my friend gave the Man and His small child a Bus Ticket that still wasn't good enough and We no more than walked away after giving him a Bus Ticket and He was still begging for Money. I understand Times are Hard and I'm NOT being Judgemental but you can tell some of these people are on Drugs/Drunk cause they are Sleeping while Standing Up or Falling Over cause They're Drunk or High. It's Truly Heartbreaking to see these people Struggle cause Regardless of there Addictions, They are Good People. Please Clean This Place Up cause No One wants to go anywhere where your getting harassed for...

Outside of Little Ceasars pizza and the comic book shop, it's largely a avoidable location. Especially on weekend nights. Each time I've been there on a Friday or Saturday night to grab a pizza, I've been besieged by aggressive pan handlers, vulgar doped up people walking up and down the sidewalk in front of the businesses yelling and swearing at people going into the businesses, especially outside Little Ceasars. I won't even walk into Walgreens there anymore due to the aggressive pan handlers outside their doors at night. Worst was 5 years ago and a local stopped me outside as I was leaving with my pizza and threatened me for my pizza alone. I carry a CCW weapon now because of that incident alone. Madison police needs to patrol that area more often. I don't blame the businesses, but the largely section eight residents from nearby. If there was a better, closer Little Ceasars, I would go there instead. Best to do business during daylight hours to avoid the majority of the pan handlers. Though I frequently encounter them then as well. Just not as aggressive as the nighttime...

out of all the store in the strip mall I have to say Graham Crackers comics is an awesome store and a welcome edition. it's always a good time to go see what's new in there. it's a newer store to the strip mall with in the last few years. there is a library at the other end. and a Little Ceasars next to Graham Crackers comics. the Little Ceasars isn't bad they normal have their hot and ready pizzas fresh and ready to go. never a long line ether. there's always a dollars store of some sort, a cell phone store ( as far as I remember), a pay day loan store (PLS) and a few other stores. all packed between a Walgreens, a Burger King, and a ,McDonalds. I try to avoid the Burger King here at all costs... fair warning. long waits, gross food...
