My favorite store. I came in today after work and Iām usually here twice a week. Clean store. Everything organized. Found everything I wanted and even found and bought some things I didnāt think I wanted. Anyways, maybe the cashier wasnāt feeling good or just in a mood. It happens. We all have those days. He told me I had to put in my phone number so he could scan my 5.00 voucher. Not a big deal to me but when I went to the app to pull up the 20% off entire purchase for him to scan, he sighed, like I had completely inconvenienced him. The 20% off entire order took my total from 87.00 to 76.00. No matter how much sighing any cashier does, Iām gonna save money where I can and ended up saving, per my receipt, 25.00. She does not have sufficient rank to help the humans. Poor old employee keeps trying to flag down her boss. My experiences at this store have been nothing but frustrating. Any transaction that requires employee participation is impossible. I could not get an employee to assist me in returning an item; she continued to stare straight past me, while doing nothing, despite my many attempts to politely flag her down. Said employee (older woman) was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful across multiple interactions (using coupons, returning things).
