I have to stop and write a review for the store manager, Harold. I was on my way to work when I got a message on my dashboard that I had ZERO tire pressure in my back passenger tire and I needed immediate maintenance. I had just traveled from Philadelphia on my way to work, early in the evening and would not be done work until 3am. I knew at that time of something was wrong it would be unsafe to travel on highways with a bad tire. I pulled into AutoZone (and I literally mean pulled in, completely driving into the cement block in the parking lot because I was so overwhelmed and scared from driving in that condition). Harold came outside, seen I was in a panic and immediately began to help me. He saw I had a flat, made a phone call and was able to get me an appointment for a new tire just before the tire place closed. He came out with a flashlight, told me what was wrong and made sure it was fixed. I honestly cannot say how grateful and relieved in was that someone took the time to help me in the situation. Harold was professional, courteous and most importantly extremely helpful. He will ever know what that meant to me, but I just feel like people who go above and beyond in situations like this should be recognized for their selfless assistance and compassion. Read moreCame into the store on Friday to purchase 4 rotors and 4 brake pads. My mechanic called me today( only day he was able to work on my car) to let me know I only had two rotors. Called the store in Magnolia and Steve advised us to come into the store and he would help us take care of it. Got to the store and we asked to speak to Steve and as soon as he saw my girlfriend and I, he huffed. He then proceeded to say he could not help us and got the inventory manager. Which the inventory manager says to us first thing without even looking at the receipt, that their inventory was correct. He acted as if he did not want to help and they were giving us attitude. Also, the inventory manager proceeds to say, I was supposed to leave 15 minutes ago from my shift. Finally after 5 minutes of back and forth Steve looks at the receipt and tells us that the other two rotors were supposed to be picked up at another location. We explained to them that was not told to us from the cashier otherwise we would have gone down the street to pick them up. I honestly feel like we were racially profiled. Will never come back to this store again, horrible...
Read moreAttention all females!!!!!! As a female it’s sometimes difficult getting things that you need for your car that obviously men know much more about then females. Sometimes we’re basically going in blind.in need of assistance. I went in blind, trying to find this part for my dad’s 98 Nissan Ultima I didn’t know the name of the part and Steve was the best!! He was very helpful and he didn’t make me feel dumb. He did the research and had the part that I needed and was so nice and so patient. For someone to say to him about working another full-time job and this being his 2nd job and pretty close to closing. I was having a hard time with the keyboard trying to sign up for the rewards program he offered me.. I was just simply amazed at his patience and kindness.
