Read moreComcast was ridiculous! Thank goodness for Dillon. I went in to pay a bill & trade in a box & remote as they weren't working properly. I attempted bill pay while I was waiting to put my name in for customer support, yes there was a line just to put name in, ugh. So I decided to pay bill how hard could that be...well the machine I chose to use is slow/broken so when I realized there was a problem I went to use the machine next to me, just as I turnt to use it another customer started to use it. I figured well I'll out my name in as the line has died down as I approached the girl collecting names an older gentleman walked in front of me and started speaking to the girl, he was taking such a long time and the other machine was freed up so I went back to pay the bill. I attempted to pay the bill 3 different times, asked an associate who was helping another person pay a bill what was the problem with the machine it kept spitting my check back to me, I was informed there was 10people ahead of me. I've been in store more than 15minutes at this point. So now angered I walked back over to the young girl waited my turn as I'm not rude, told her what has been happening, just want to pay a bill and swap out equipment....20+minutes later and people that came in after me received service before me with parts I had enough, went back to girl told her I was in store going on 45mins, noticed people that came in after me were already receiving service, told I'd be next. Dillon finally approached me, poor kid, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and treated me like I was a customer not just a number. Dillon was responsible for just the exchange of the cable box & remote but did he leave me, no. He then assisted me go pay my bill. The reason the check wasn't being accepted finding out the machine is sensitive and the check had to be placed just so. Now Dillon while assisting me helped a customer on the slow machine next to me and explained how to use the machine. He then went out back to get what I needed, so I started helping the older customer trying to pay her bill as I just went through it. Now that's the difference between your 5 star associate an the other man working in the store who was only handling bill pay. He was done by the way assisting the other customer when I asked if he knew what was wrong with the machine. Comcast, some of your associates ugh. Your service to home stellar, Dillon two thumbs up...the rest I...
Read moreThe Mall at Rockingham Park is hands down the best shopping mall in New Hampshire. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell this place has something for everyone. The variety of stores is impressive, ensuring that you can find whatever you need or want all under one roof.
First off, the Apple Store is a standout. It's well-stocked and staffed with knowledgeable and friendly associates who are always ready to help, whether you're buying the latest iPhone or getting technical support. It's a tech lover's paradise, making it a must-visit spot in the mall.
Next up, there's Dunkin’, a perfect place to grab a quick coffee or a tasty donut while you shop. Their convenient location and fast service make it easy to pop in for a caffeine boost or a snack to keep you going.
For those into electronics, Best Buy is another fantastic store here. With a wide range of products, from the latest laptops to high-definition TVs, it's a tech haven. The staff here are also very helpful, providing excellent advice and service.
Dick’s Sporting Goods is also noteworthy. It's a great spot for all your athletic needs, from clothing to equipment. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, you'll find what you need here.
Despite all these amazing stores, I think the mall could be even better with the addition of a Starbucks. Having a Starbucks would add that extra bit of perfection to the shopping experience. It would be great to have a cozy place to sit, relax, and enjoy a delicious coffee or tea in between shopping sprees.
