Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Manchester

We were here on vacation with a lot of route to do and it was a super hot day so we wanted an ice cream to refresh ourselves. The food was good but service far from that. We bought for almost 30$ (4 ice creams) and after paying, my parents asked to refill their reusable water bottles (2). Kim told them that she couldn’t do that, that it was the politic and that she would have to charge us for it, even for water coming out the sink. Pretty cheap but okay, we didn’t make a big deal of it. She then mixed up my parents order and when giving my mom her order, she told her “have the day you deserve”. Lovely managers Kathy and Amanda but my one complaint is over the years the new employees have ruined my experience at this location and the second street location especially when they have their backs to the counter and can barely stand without leaning on the counter.
