Beyond the Blooms — Attraction in Mandan

Had to hop on really quick and give a shoutout to Beyond the Blooms... I live in Nashville, and my girlfriend is in ND visiting family on her birthday. I called and spoke to Melany around 10:30am wondering if they would be able to deliver a birthday arrangement in the 12 o'clock hour, when my girlfriend would be stopping home before going out to celebrate her day. That is CRAZY short notice and I was honestly expecting them to say it wasn't possible...
