JCPenney — Attraction in Manhattan

I did order a dress online and had it delivered to the store. I really like the dress! Though, I really don't like one type of sales strategy used by JcPenny or anywhere. I don't like the buy one and get half (or some other percentage) off of the second item. There are so many times I am so frustrated with these sales. Because most of the time I only see one item that I really want. So....I end up not buying anything. I'll think, "Just let me buy one item at a sale price." I want JcPennys to succeed. I went here to shop with my family then my son wandered around without us noticing him and it just happened within a blink of an eye. One of the cust rep asked me if everything was ok and I told him I don't know where my son is. I ordered shoes online and delivered to the store. They came in damaged. They sent a new pair to my house, but the sales clerk ordered the wrong size. So the next ones were sent to the store. I live in the country 35 minutes out of town so it was a hassle. Then I found out it cost just as much to pick it up at the store as to ship to my house.
