If I could rate them zero stars I would. I feel as though they took advantage of the fact that we were young and naive. My fiance and I had the absolute worst experience there that really put a damper on our engagement. The woman who sold us our first choice ring did not inform us about the jewelry at all. Because of her lack of knowledge, I ended up accidentally wearing around my "enchancer" for six months before they finally told me it was supposed to act as the wedding band. I had been essentially wearing around my "wedding band" for most of my engagement. We realized this only after searching for a wedding band to go with the ring/enchancer and they finally told us that there WOULDN'T be a wedding band to go with it because I was already wearing it! We then went through 2-3 months of looking for a different ring, that had a normal ring & wedding band combo. However, to exchange our ring we had to spend DOUBLE what we originally spent due to their "diamond for diamond" policy. So we ended up spending so much more than our set budget just to get a suitable ring and set of real/matchingwedding bands. The staff is NOT VERY knowledgeable. Also, if you don't talk to the same person every single time you go in you won't make any progress. They do not communicate within the store. They would also file some things under my name and some under my fiance's and would never be able to find anything quickly. If I could take it all back I never would have step foot in that store.
