Terrible layout. Who builds a shopping center right across from a shopping center. A waste of good farmland and wetlands, what Pennsylvania was built on. It replaced a nice scenery with a redundancy. They put the historical house in their logo and yet tore down 6 other farmhouses doing so. It's just going to clutter up Route 30 even more. The houses behind it are an eyesore as well. Nobody wants to say "I live behind the Target at the shopping center". If you want to see what will happen if this keeps up, look at the stretch of 30 in York.
