Dropped off a Masters Degree to get framed on the 24th of June with the understanding it would take a week. After not hearing anything a little over a week later, I stopped in to check on it and was told they needed a few more days as they were waiting on one more piece they needed. Fine, it happens. Now, almost a full month later, I still had not heard anything. I called this morning and was told that there was an attempt to call my phone on the 7th of July, and "It didn't go through." That was 10 days ago. There were no follow-up attempts to reach me. I had left both my phone number and email address when I placed the order, and confirmed both were correct when I stopped in to check the status. So, I am guessing that either the call was never actually attempted, or someone was just too lazy to follow up or try again. Attempting to call a customer ONE TIME and then giving up is absolutely ridiculous. Talk about lazy. The customer interactions with this location have been abysmal, and I always get treated like I am a burden to deal with when I am simply trying to get an important...

overall, these bathrooms are fine. they get the job done, nothing more, nothing less. i think if they were exceptionally clean that would make up for everything else and bump them...
Read moreI called 2 separate times into Michaels to see about getting balloons filled if we buy online through their store. I was told both times, yes if I buy online at their store that I could come in and get them filled with no charge.
I went into the store, and the first attitude was hesitation to fill 30-40 balloons. I mentioned what I was told on the phone, that yes if I order through Michaels online I'd be free of charge for balloons. They said I ordered through 3rd party on their website that they will have to charge for every balloon and on top of that, it'd be at least an hour till they would be filled. They suggested buying our own tank (which was $50) and do on our own.
We called around and Walmart was very accommodating and only charged us .97 for each balloon (Michaels would have charged us 1.99 a balloon) .
All that to say we were very disappointed with the service at Michaels and not clear communication about (3rd party buying online at their website) and the fact that they charge $$ for a standard...
