Starbucks — Restaurant in Manheim Township

I never complain or write reviews but I received the worst service ever, I put in a mobile order and arrived for pick up and I noticed they gave me the wrong size in one drink and the sauce missing in the other. I immediately received an attitude and even heard the person making my drink and the window cashier complaining and something to effect of "I will just spit in it..." I could have misheard and luckily I watched them make the drinks so I know they didn't but really? Then the cherry on to when they returned the drinks she argued with me that the sauce was my mistake and how it wasn't on the ticket. I showed her she hand me the drink it has been made again wrong I don't even attempt to rectify and get the thing I order because the cashier was so argumentative. I told her it was fine and to have a good day. But seriously? I am never going there again. I usually go to the Harrisburg Pike location at the crossings, they are awesome! Ordered a drink on mobile and proceeded to go through the drive thru. A barista named Haven said "oh we just got that order a minute ago, by the way you should check the app because it says it takes at least 5-8 minutes. You'll probably have to come back around." Well I hate to break it to you but me placing a mobile order and going through the drive thru is really no different from just ordering at the drive thru AND my app told me the order would be ready by 1:03 pm and we pulled into the drive through at 1:04. Dude this literally was the best customer service ever. There were three ladies working who were absolutely so nice and friendly. They made me the best drink ever. Iced pumpkin spice latte with cinnamon sweet cream. It was heavenly. Like 100/10. I absolutely love Love LOVE these workers. They should get promoted and pay raised and everything else good that their employer can think of. They are the bombest Starbucks workers EVERRRRR.
