well I see there's a lot of 5 stars and a lot of 1 * so I'm going to go right in the middle of the three because the staff is really nice the young man I think he said his name was Josh was kind of training an older gentleman sharing his knowledge even scheduled me a little bit which I'm always appreciative of but I did bring in a lot of what I thought was gold even bought a self tester kit and did it at home calculated all the numbers including the worth of gold today even calculated it down to if they were to offer me 90 80 or 70% so when I got there they only found one item worth anything and how the rest was supposedly fake I I didn't disagree but I did test them at home and they came back real anyway of the ring that they did decide to make an offer on ended up being 14 carats which I calculated myself as well problem was for some reason I didn't have the calculations for the ring with me I brought in everything else he ended up giving me what I thought was a decent amount I knew it wasn't going to be full value I thought I was walking out with 80% of the value but after I got back into my truck and recalculated it appears that I only got 70% which I had to talk my way up so I think his original offer was only 60% of gold value and I talked my way up to 70 little disappointed and I thought I was walking out with 80 but overall nice staff will probably be back again with some old money that I have so they could take a look...
