Update: When someone finally got to the store and explained there was an issue. I didnt push what the issue was because its not really my business. However not having my cake for the party was a problem but the were very gracious and apologetic. They gave us the cake along with a full refund and a gift card for a future trip. I appreciate the customer service and the effort to make it right. They really need to think of a way to notify customers in the future is this happens again though
Ordered a cake for pick up today at noon for a party at 1pm. Imagine my surprise when I show up at 1220pm to find the store still closed. Read moreThe staff isnt friendly at all. I've never been here and they didnt seem to really want to help. My family who lives here says that's normal they aren't friendly at all. So, don't expect good service or a smile at all. Make sure to check your bag if your order more then two items as luckily I looked in the bag and told them they forgot one in the fridge I think. No apology for forgetting it but I need to see if I charged you. I said great let me know I'm happy to pay for it.
