Edo's Cakes — Attraction in Maplewood

I ran from work today 6/13/25 to purchase these delicious cupcakes however when I arrived I wasn’t greeted but I figured it was because the server was talking to another couple. I didn’t see the banana cupcake, I asked the server when will they have the banana she stated “ I don’t know I don’t make them”! Wow!! Really I still gave her the benefit of the doubt I paid Apple Pay so I didn’t have to communicate with her. . She never acknowledge me with a thank you, have a good day etc. I will not return, nor will either of my family members who live in SO Maplewood, I will post on fb & IG. I hired this company to make my 50th birthday cake 2 months before the event, and 2 days after leaving my 150.00 down-payment I called to ask to cancel the order because the venue was providing a cake and was told by the owner I can only get store credit, they dont do refunds. That was the first issue. Also, they completely ignored the attention to detail in making my cake. We didnt find out till the actual event. I ordered this cake for my sister in laws 21st birthday. It came out extremely beautiful. I should’ve taken a picture of the inside but it’s red velvet. This hands down is the best red velvet cake I’ve ever had. The inside is very moist and delicious. The icing isn’t too sweet which is perfect. After eating this cake we didn’t feel like it was too sweet it was perfect. I see why the owners are still in business because they are great at what they do, really friendly and professional. I wish I knew about this place earlier. They’re also really flexible with payment options. I recommend anyone to come here and do business with this...
