This place is horrible. I used to come to this place when it first opened and I recently started coming again. I haven't been here in a couple months but I always place online orders. On the website you have a choice to add tofu, not replace. I get here and they're telling me it's to replace protein not add on. So okay I guess my mistake but the website should be changed. I never had this problem before. I would always get everything I asked for. Anyways so now they're going back and forth with me about what I want. The cook is being rude and cursing saying something is stupid and an older gentleman is encouraging this by letting him continue. I don't like how this place is now ran. I never had issues here AT ALL. I understand some may have a long and bad day at work but guess what? I work with customers as well and at my job we don't rant outloud where clients can clearly hear you. That was highly unprofessional. I wanted to get up and leave Everytime I heard the cook say something extremely rude but I know I wouldn't get my money back if I did. Don't get me wrong my problem isn't with not getting what I wanted, they told me it's the end of the night they'll give me everything anyway as a one time gesture which is fine. Read moreI’m literally only giving this place 3 stars because I really try to support you guys. But my last 2 orders were horrible. Will be inserting pictures. And something told me to look at the reviews today to see if I was just getting a bad batch or maybe it was a bad day. But 5 reviews in 2 weeks that are 1 star is truly expected. And it’s obvious the owner doesn’t care cause it’s not changing. I paid $40 for 2 grilled chicken wraps and 2 smoothies right? As always. I don’t care about price for good food. But this time my sandwich is drenched in Caesar dressing mostly and it’s like the portion of the sandwiches are not the same at all…. Mind you it’s always a hit or miss. Because sometimes their either super dry or super drenched. No decent ratio. I’m super disappointed. My smoothie is so thick I have to let it “melt” and the the sweet potato fries are super salty today. Each review I’ve read, I probably had the same issue even when it comes to customer service. In the past I’ve been on hold for 7 minutes and pulling up and the girl was doing absolutely nothing to not take my order. I know nothing is going to change but think twice before spending your good money here. I will no longer be purchasing from them. Read moreI started off loving this place but they always seem to get my order WRONG everytime I go there ad dont seem to care that people have food allergies because they disregard what you dont want in your food. Time after time I've forgiven them and try to give them another chance but they have blown it. I was told to email the manager "OBY" and I did that! He responded once saying that he would get back in contact with me tomorrow and I never heard from him again THIS WAS A WHILE AGO. Still afterwards I went back like a fool. I always get the salmon salad with no tomatoes but they always seem to put tomatoes ad overload the salmon with chipotle spice. Tonight my daughter ordered soy chicken as she does not eat meat, when she received her order it was chicken and NOT SOY CHICKEN, this is the second time they have done that to her. So we are done with this establishment. Its obvious that they dont care about their customers who have food allergies and are not careful with serving meat to customer who dont eat meat smh shame on you HLS!!!!! You deserve...
