HLS Juice Bar & Grill

This place is horrible. I used to come to this place when it first opened and I recently started coming again. I haven't been here in a couple months but I always place online orders. On the website you have a choice to add tofu, not replace. I get here and they're telling me it's to replace protein not add on. So okay I guess my mistake but the website should be changed. I never had this problem before. I would always get everything I asked for. Anyways so now they're going back and forth with me about what I want. The cook is being rude and cursing saying something is stupid and an older gentleman is encouraging this by letting him continue. I don't like how this place is now ran. I never had issues here AT ALL. I understand some may have a long and bad day at work but guess what? I work with customers as well and at my job we don't rant outloud where clients can clearly hear you. That was highly unprofessional. I wanted to get up and leave Everytime I heard the cook say something extremely rude but I know I wouldn't get my money back if I did. Don't get me wrong my problem isn't with not getting what I wanted, they told me it's the end of the night they'll give me everything anyway as a one time gesture which is fine. Misunderstandings happen. My problem is the attitude I received especially from the cook. As I'm typing this he is still cursing and having a major attitude. Very unprofessional. This is supposed to be a place of business. As much as I liked this place I refuse to step foot in here ever again.
