Highland Furniture — Attraction in Marble Falls

Went to Highland looking for Flexsteel products. Not from the area so we had never heard of them before. They had a large selection of La z boy and flexsteel. They had a real leather which is what we were looking for. Their prices were better than what we saw online for same items. All the staff were friendly as we walked in and that never changed. Jeff was our sales person and he was very nice and very informed about what products they had and what they could order. My husband found his perfect chair and they not only had one in stock, they showed us how to put it together and loaded for us. From the front door to the loading dock was an excellent experience. So good in fact we came back 3 weeks later for a second chair. Jeff again came to the rescue and answered many questions. If he didn’t know the answer he found out. I wasn’t interested in power recliner and then he was able to show me that these new models have battery backup to get you out of the chair if the power went out. That opened up a larger inventory for us to look at. We took the chair off the showroom floor. They showed how it came apart for easier loading wrapped it up and loaded it for us. Our home was involved in the Llano flood of 2018! It was devastating, along with most of our neighbors we lost EVERYTHING! We decided to rebuild. Living almost 4 hours away this was not an easy task so throughout the process found ourselves shopping online but not quite finding what we really wanted. I was so frustrated and tired to say the least! I did not want to just settle for something I wanted a fresh look, I wanted a change from my normal go to color scheme, I needed help!! My husband and I have been long time lovers of Mayo furniture for it's durability and comfort. We were in need of a new sofa (after 20 years). We looked high and low and knew that we would have to pick out the material and special order our replacement sofa. Well, Mayo is only available in certain stores according to its website. We searched out driving great distanceswith no luck. Our last resort was Highland Furniture and boy did we hit the jackpot! Our salesman, Jeff Cunningham, was not only pleasant to deal with, but was a Mayo expert! He bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted.
