So I am out of town.! I walked in and asked very specific questions about gun transfer for buying that out and having it shipped to California to my my FFL. No one knew. And even said I should talk to California first. Haha. This means you do not know the laws. You need to close your doors. Let me go back to the beginning of my visit. In the Maricopa area I was searching for 1022 parts. I was told by someone specifically to go there because they had everything. When I walked in I was greeted with an “ hello how can we help you?” I spoke up and said, “looking for extended magazine release for 1022.“ While the two associates were talking back-and-forth I just looked around the shop a little bit. Then without directing my concern back to me personally, they just said that they didn’t have it but they could order it. I asked if they had any other 1022 parts, to watch the replay know they would have to order. All of this experience seems to be OK. I start looking at different accessories and I see they have a flashlight that states it is a 1000 lm. One of the sales associate help me by looking for a few more answers for me but seem to be extremely shy or not willing to go the extra effort to help me. Then I started talking about out of state sales and whether or not I could buy something on consignment and get it shipped to California. That’s why my experience just got weird and uncomfortable. Almost like I was not welcome at the store and that I should just leave. So with my ammunition, mask, and light paid for I ask to see a gun. When I put it in my hands, I admired it, and asked “how does a California resident get his hands on one of these?”. To which they replied to work hard and earn money. When I said that money wasn’t a problem, they replied back to me well then maybe you need to move to Arizona. Trying to just keep everything lighthearted I wished everyone a good day and went to walk out the door, no response. When I come back to Maricopa absolutely fine no reason to come back to the store. I’m sure there are other stores where I can spend my...
Read moreDont go here and ask a question. The short guy with dark hair will make you feel like an idiot and give you 0 info on what you need. Asked if they buy used guns and he says "depends". I ask "ok, on what?" He responded "a lot."
Obviously. Maybe narrow it down a bit?? Clearly did not want to help me
Edit 1: Your response to the lack of help is even wilder than how your staff answers questions. I walked off mad because whoever that was looked at me like i was crazy for asking that question.
Life is rough bud, and encountering rude people just makes it worse. It will now be my mission to make sure as many people as i know do not EVER use your business.
Edit 2:
Yes attack my driving because your customer service is garbage.
Ive taken a peak at more of your negative reviews and its clear the owner uas an ego problem. Because you own a gun store you think you are above everyone and how dare anyone leave you a negative review. You insult people in your reaponses and are down right rude. And as i have already begun telling people to avoid this business Im finding that many maricopa residents already share this sentiment with me. Hopefully you can learn to take the negative feedback and grow from it instead of attempting to belittle people. Look for my reviews coming across...
Read moreI moved to Maricopa back in 2015, and not long after settling in, I stumbled upon AZ Law Dawgs—and I’m so glad I did. From that moment on, John and his shop have been my go-to for anything and everything related to my 2A needs.
John is one of those rare people who makes you feel like more than just a customer. He’s respectful, down-to-earth, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave the shop happy and confident with your purchase. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or new to firearms, he treats everyone with the same level of patience and professionalism.
What really sets AZ Law Dawgs apart is John’s dedication. If he doesn’t have what you’re looking for in stock, he’ll go out of his way to get it for you guys and he’s fast. His pricing is always competitive, and more often than not, better than what you’ll find elsewhere. There’s a reason that almost everything I own has come from his store.
Maricopa is lucky to have a place like AZ Law Dawgs. Honest service, great selection, and a local business that truly values its community. I’ll always recommend John to anyone looking for reliable firearms, gear, or just solid advice from someone who knows what...
