Harbor Freight — Local services in Maricopa

First off the employees that work the front are great. The store is clean and easy to navigate my issue is with Oscar the store manager. I had two trailer tires that I wanted to return to the store as they didn’t fit on my trailer. I asked over the phone if I could return them and the answer was yes as long as it was within 90 days. The night crew made it easy and very understandable. I tried to return them last night and they didn’t have the appropriate cash in drawer so I left the tires in store overnight. I came back this morning and tried to return again and was nicely let known that the store manager Oscar would be in soon. I waited walked around the store grabbed a few more items and went to the front. The store associate that helped me was very friendly and kind helped me scanned my items and called Oscar over to help finish the transaction. Oscar didn’t talk very much when he did it was rude and condescending. Asking why I’m returning them like I was doing something wrong and then failing to respond to me when I talked to him or thanked him. Just stating and me and nodding. I went to this location yesterday without looking at the clock (my bad), I must have walked in close to closing time... I didn't even say a word and had several employees yelling at me that "WE CLOSE IN TWO MINUTES!" and "ITS SUNDAY EVENENING" (dirty looks included)... I've been to Several of the Locations across the country. I've been Purchasing Tools, and Things Long Before they had Brick and Mortar locations. This particular location happened to be OPENING DAY. There was Plenty of Staff willing to Help, and All Very Friendly. I will Definitely be going Back to the MARICOPA AZ location Again...
