DISHONEST dealership and owner. DO NOT TRUST! Remains unresolved. I have been giving them opportunities from the day of delivery. Crooked sales people and owner. I would love nothing more than for this to be made right and be able to return stating how the dealership, managers and owner all stepped up. Dealership response is only to placate / TRICK other buyers and NOT AT ALL honest in trying to address the their lies about the vehicle sold.
TERRIBLE! Manager of dealership assured the issue would be taken care of and owner would become involved - involved only to try to provide a facade of trying to fix the problem. That was in Feb 2025. They have repeatedly made assurances first about the quality of the vehicle upon engaging with Brent and Dave and subsequently that it would be fixed. Their word means nothing. CANNOT Be TRUSTED!
Original post…edited due to length limitations. AVOID! Especially if in the market for a high end vehicle. You may get lucky if in the market for a high volume used vehicle as I suspect most of their reviews represent. Typical used car dealership. I fell into what can only be perceived as a trap. I purchased a 2020 Aston Martin that was billed as perfect - vehicle evaluated in their state of the art garage, the car I purchased was evaluated even more meticulously because of unprofessionalism encountered during the initial process. Sales manager asked me to review them as an out of state buyer so others may know what to expect. Problem remains unresolved since Oct 2024. They have done nothing; except agree that it is reasonable for me to request the cost of parts for repairs BUT even the owner has done nothing but portray themselves on here as wanting to work with me. Complete lie to give the illusion of being honest and moral. Used car sales are a shady business as anyone who has dealt with them know but this dealership thus far has surpassed even the most stereotypical dealership. You may be ok for a relatively low cost, high volume vehicle but BEWARE if you are in a higher price range. They will tell you all you want to hear, make assurances that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected, state they have a guarantee that a vehicle will not be delivered with any non disclosed mechanical issues. It is just words - in my experience at this point … just lies. My vehicle arrived with leaking valve covers and two side mirror cameras that were not working that was traced to wire harness damage from long standing rodent infestation easily identifiable if they had looked at it at all. Now all addressed after they instructed me to have it evaluated and they would cover the cost. Diversion and false promises with no follow through, typical of what one might imagine a used car dealership would do. Sales managers (Bret and then Jay) and subsequently the business manager have all stated it would be addressed - now the owner. Do not be fooled. I was asked to post my experience early on and I promised to do so and will continue indefinitely. I was left with over $30k of repairs with parts and labor included. I was hopeful they would at least pay the parts or a portion therof as I could not trust them to exact the repairs; the business manager stated that was a fair request. The vehicle had clear and obvious rodent damage found during a routine state inspection. Surely, a state of the art garage that does a thorough inspection on all incoming cars and with additional evaluations per my request would be able to find rodent nests and wire harness damage associated with non functional mirror cameras that was not disclosed. They did an excellent job of superficially cleaning the visible areas of this car. Quick initial contact time and everything after that has been AWEFUL! Unbelievable the unprofessionalism of this dealership and from this response it seems to be top down. The car arrived without the temporary registration on top of the mechanical issues. I was told they would resolve the mechanical issues quickly. Oct 2024 to now…NOTHING BUT EMPTY WORDS. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK....
Read more04/24/25: After buying my car and getting poor communication from both the rep Ermari and manager Christian in reference to wrap being removed from my car, I only got a definitive response adter i posted a review 2 days later after i was supposed to have picked it up. I finally picked it up 8 days later compared to the 2 days initially advised. Aftet picking up my car, i got home and my engine light came on. I texted the manager Christian on Tuesday, and he told me to bring it in. I told him I wasn't available Wednesday because i wanted to get it run my someone else first so I took my car to Mercedes-Benz yesterday (Wednesday) and had them run a diagnostic which showed fuel pump. Brought the car Tuesday at 10 am and their mechanic told me it was the battery. I waited for 7 hours to be told it is the fuel pump and that they need a few days to fix it but for them to be a luxurious auto dealership they give me a 2019 Cherokee car that is dirty and smells like cigarettes. I truly do believe me waiting all day and then giving me a dirty old cigarette smelling car is to be vindictive for the review i gave based on their original customer service. How do we go from buying a g-wagon to a dirty car. I have a lexus and, I has always received something comparable to what I have and even Mercedes-Benz offered to give me a better loaner if they were to fix my car but due to the warranty I got (which I was initially told i can take my car for repair anywhere including Mercedes-Benz) Would not pay if I didn't take it back to the dealership I bought it from (which i found out yesterday evening at the Mercedes-Benz delership) hence why i had to bring my car back to them. I am truly scared that they will do something to my car and I am putting this out here just incase something happens. I will continue to drive my lexus until they bring my car back and even then i will get it checked before i get in it. And this continues to prove why I said their customer service sucks and I would never advise anyone to buy a car from them. I shouldn't feel that way but that's where we are. While i was outside standing distraught in tears, the employee standing outside who removes and puts back the chain was recording me on his phone.
04/27/26: The emotionally triggered response from the Management, stating I am playing victim?? Shows where the company begins. I paid for the car (NOT free) but it has a fuel pump problem, of course, I am upset and rightfully so but to add salt to injury, to be treated with no regard is unacceptable. I never disrespected any of the employees except demand for my vehicle to be given to me in good working order that is safe for me and my family!
Check Engine light on: They state that their certified technician analyzed the car based on symptoms but to staye engine light on = battery is laughable and appalling to say the least. Also to state he was being thorough and took 7 hours to finally realize it was the fuel pump but it took Mercedes-Benz less than an hour to run diagnosis and instantly state it was the fuel pump only shows the difference in the level of expertise. 1 hour vs 7 hours is just ridiculous!!
Loaner vehicle and feeling entitled: I guess I am used to lexus and Mercedes-Benz loaning a car that is comparable to what you drive even though it is a courtesy and definitely never a dirty cigarette smelling car. It is obvious the prestine customer experience from those luxurious delerships are too high of a standard for atlanta autos. To say i expected them to be subservient is a reach. I personally own a luxurious business with all 5 star reviews because I truly believe in exceptionally excellent customer service and I guess something they can't offer.
Warranty: coming back to the dealership for the engine light repair was never my first choice that why I went to Mercedes-Benz. Was I forced??? No but I was required to return the car based on the warranty they sold me so I had no choice. Of course, I will never return to the dealership and wouldn't recommend...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best and most thoughtful car-buying experiences I’ve ever had — huge shoutout to Marcus Craft and the entire team at Atlanta Autos!
From the moment I walked into the dealership, Marcus made me feel like I was in good hands. But what truly set this experience apart — and what meant the most to me — was how incredibly family-friendly and thoughtful the entire staff was, especially Marcus.
Car buying can be stressful, especially when you’ve got kids with you. But Marcus and the team handled everything with such care and kindness, it honestly felt like I was buying a car from a close friend rather than a dealership. At one point, my kids started getting a little restless with all the waiting (as kids naturally do), and without missing a beat, Marcus put on Bluey for them on the showroom TV to keep them entertained. That gesture alone would’ve been enough — but they went even further.
The staff actually brought out pizza for the kids — and let me tell you, that made a HUGE difference. You could see them relax and feel at home. Marcus even took the time to talk to them, laugh with them, and genuinely engage. He didn’t just acknowledge they were there — he made them feel important. That kind of warmth is rare, and it turned what could’ve been a stressful afternoon into an incredibly positive experience for my entire family.
As for the car-buying process itself? Smooth, straightforward, and totally pressure-free. Marcus took his time answering all of my questions, walking me through options, and making sure I felt good about my decision — never pushy, never rushed. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly responsive, even after we wrapped everything up. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and I drove off feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely grateful.
It’s not every day you come across a car salesman who’s genuinely invested in making the process comfortable for the whole family, but that’s exactly who Marcus Craft is. If you’re looking for a car and want someone who’ll treat you with honesty, respect, and a whole lot of kindness — ask for Marcus at Atlanta Autos. He’s a true professional with a big heart.
Thanks again, Marcus. You didn’t just help me buy a car — you created a moment for me and my kids that we’ll...
