Garaginization of Atlanta — Attraction in Marietta

I had a great experience with Garaginization Atlanta. Hunter came out for our initial consult on time and did all his measurements and then asked what I had in mind. I told him what I was looking for and then he threw in a few more ideas. We went back and forth, and I asked a lot of questions, then he worked up a quick sketch which looked great. Later that same evening he emailed me a 3D rendering of what everything would look like. After looking at it I emailed him back asking him to extend my slat wall. He then quickly updated the rendering and sent it back. Now this was approaching 10:00 in the evening and he was still working with me! He nailed the design and came in right at the point at which I was willing to pay. I signed my contract to get it done.

I then dealt with Jamie who kept me in the loop as to when my project was coming in. We had a hiccup in that not all my cabinets came in when they were suppose to. We missed my first installation date. Jamie was honest with me and let me know what happened and told me when they were to be expected. All came in when she said so. She called me and we set up a new installation date. All in all I couldn’t have asked any more from Jamie. She stayed on top of my order and kept me informed of everything. Very professional!

I then got a call from Grant the installer to confirm time and date of install and all was confirmed. He called the morning of installation about half an hour before he arrived. After arriving we talked a while about the installation and he told me how long it would take and how he was going to mount my cabinets to the wall. He laid out some quilts so none of my cabinets would get marred up and went to work. I came out periodically to see how he was doing and he filled me in. When he finished he went over a few things about the cabinets and salt wall and then we went over some slat wall hangers. Grant is a pro at what he does and is very honest with the customer.

Five Month Review. We are extremely pleased with the garage floor. Doug was very responsive and the installation crew did a fantastic job. I thought about doing it myself, but after watching the crew install the floor, I am glad I had them do it. They installed a heavy duty metal strip at the garage door end of the floor which made for a secure floor. Much better than the plastic beveled strips that usually come with the tiles. They also installed locking tabs in sections of the floor where we turn the wheels of our autos when parking the cars. Things I never would have thought of. Five months later and the floor is just as good looking and functional as the day they installed it. Before we had tried an epoxy floor, but had numerous problems. See "before" pictures. The paint did not last where the cars were parked. The worst part is that on an epoxy floor, any water from rain or AC condensation, "sits" on top of the floor making it very slippery and a safety hazard. We like the ribbed floor that allows for water to drain. We had no problem blowing leaves out of the garage in the fall. The garage floor looks great as the "before and after" pictures will show. My only regret is waiting so long to have it installed. I should have done this years ago. Product is great. Company...
