Marina Harbor — Attraction in Marina del Rey

Ps: their response below is just a template. They didn’t take any actions. Im trying to get them fix the bbq grills for 6 months. They told me it got fixed and when i checked, they didn’t even touch it.

Im the resident, so i know what this place actually is;

Don’t read the good reviews, they are all fake because I don’t think I have a single good experience about this place.

The pool area is terrible, a random homeless guy from Venice may walk-in and use all the amenities that you are paying for, he/she may leave a mess behind and none of the security persons do nothing. All they care about is their check out time.

Someone threatened us at the pool, me and another resident. They were at the pool all day long. We literally tried to call the security all day and no one is answering.

Your package may get lost, you may get disturbed from the kinder garden (yeah you will feel like its a kinder garden if your unit is facing the pool. Strangers walk in to pool area with their kids for their kid’s birthdays with another 20 kids who don’t know how to behave.), you can try to call the management and complain about it. All they say is they are sending someone which never happens. Ohh and call them again after 15 min, they know your number now and they won’t answer.

There was a flood in my unit, they repaired it very unprofessionally. None of these guys know anything about laws and health. They didn’t do any asbestos control and I had to find a lawyer for that. They will never answer any of your concerns or your emails if it doesn’t benefits them. I mean, what's not to like! My wife used the word "LOVE". lol We are currently looking to relocate a little further west. (Currently in South Pasadena) We stumbled upon this place online and decided to check it out. Wow. Most of the city is amazing but this place sure does seem to fit right in. We took a look around with Janine. She had showed us some pictures and videos before we got there which is probably the main reason my wife wanted to go see it for herself. As soon as Janine said "4 pools", she became my wife's best friend lol I've been Kayaking once in my life but if i ever want to give it another whirl, they have those too! Personally, I'll probably be frequenting the gymsssss more than the other stuff. We saw a few different models but the 1 bedroom is more than likely the winner. since it's just my wife and I. Janine made the experience easy and fun. Seriously, she's nice in that rare, genuine way. She made me want to move in NOW. And it's my wife that wanted to move Lol The worst part about this is having to wait until my lease is up =\ We'll be there soon though....

The reason for 3 stars: Victor was great - 5 stars Front office - very helpful 5 stars Maintenance supervisors - incommunicative 2 stars Victor is great at repairing appliances quickly and efficiently. The supervisors on the other hand need to work on their communication skills. I was told someone would be here between 2-5pm. I took off work early to be here only to sit and wait. No one showed up until 6pm. I was told this was because there was an emergency that took all day to repair. I understand these things happen sometimes, but I should have been notified of the delay. The supervisors, Rodrigo or Hector, should have been on top of this and let me know there was a delay so that I could get on with my day instead of me calling and trying to figure out what is going on. They should also let the front office staff know what is going on. They were trying to help, but had no idea what was going on.
