We had a great time. However, the rental guys were about an hour late to meet us. (they gave us an extra half hour free in exchange) But the biggest complaint was how hard the boards were to ride. There were 3 of us, all beginners, yet there was only one beginner board provided. The other two boards were for more advanced riders. I've been on a paddle board a handful amount of times in the intercostal waves of FL and was able to stand easily, but couldn't stand on these boards in the calm marina waters. My other friend who is a professional dancer/pilates instructor/athlete also couldn't stand. So unfortunately we were on our knees the whole time...

There is no Ski Rental location at this place. Whoever is this listing is under is none other than a person operating out of his or her apartment and acting as a broken / intermediate to an actual skin rental place

No one answer the phone and never has gotten back to us after leaving a voice message This so called Ski Rental sounds like a scam type of business rental

I have seen many people and strangers wandering around out building looking for this business, bothering the tenants and acting suspiciously

This business has been reported to the Mgmt office since it is illegal to run a business out of a residential...

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! This place is SKETCH. They don't even own jet skis, they rent them from someone else. The guy ASH told me when we got there "If anyone asks you borrowed the jet ski because we are not supposed to be renting these out." My wife and I did this for something fun for our anniversary. When we got on the water and flipped she didn't like it. We were only gone for an hour paid for three and they wouldn't refund us anything. However, ash was a very nice guy but I still don't recommend...
