I suppose it's everything you could ask for in a marina (good people, quiet, secure enough, showers, parking, even a nice little farmers market on Saturdays). The docks are made of wood that is so 'rustic' I wouldn't advise going anywhere without shoes on. With all of the other marinas in the area upgraded to floating cement docks, I'm actually glad this place is still around. Plus I can actually see a real live beach from my boat. Most marinas are so overbuilt you have to sail a mile to see a beach. Having said all that, do not expect to impress your friends from some high brow yachting society. Everything in this place is old and shows its age. If you're the kind of boat owner who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty, this place is good. If you're into shiny stuff......
