Marlboro Plaza — Attraction in Marlboro Township

This spot and the surrounding area has seen better days. Its peak was around 2008, y'know, before the economic issues hit. Sure, it has some OK stores, but overall the place needs a visual revamp, the parking lots need to be chopped out and repaved, etc. It is weathered and it visually looks it. It could also use some revision to traffic flow through the lots.
