These comments are about the front office only. Behind the scenes were delightful.
Sheila was very helpful. I didn’t have my doctor’s order and she kindly offered to call the doc and have them fax it. My doc’s office doesn’t have a fax, so it took an hour for them to receive it. My bad for not being able to find it, but seriously, fax? In 2022? They couldn’t email it?
Angela needs to learn how to treat people with respect. She’s the first person one sees. We are not cattle, to be ordered around rudely. Over 90 mins, I watched her. She never says “please”, she just barks orders at people like “stay here”. Or “I need you to do this”. When one woman said “hi”, she said “right here”. Only when the person said again, “how are you” did she respond politely.
I heard her mocking me to her coworkers when I asked for their names, saying he’s mad because I told him to put on a mask. I didn’t see the sign, but put my mask on as soon as I was told to. Nope, I’m mad because she treats people rudely.
Danielle - Very helpful. I watched her interact pleasantly with everyone. She said, when someone went to the wrong person, “over there, sorry!”. She treated people with dignity. She said “hi, how are you”...
Read moreI'm awarding 3 stars because it was a mixed experience. They have a central scheduling number covering all of their offices which subjects the caller to a horrible experience. You can be on hold for 30 minutes or longer before you actually get to speak with a human being. It's the ultimate experience in frustration. Once you do get a human being on the line they are friendly and efficient and it's easy to make an appointment. Scheduling gets 1 star because of the long, frustrating wait and that's a gift. Once you arrive at the facility itself, and I've used them a number of times for various test, the staff is very friendly, efficient and competent. Waits at the facility to be seen are usually short. I would rate the actual facility from 4 or 5 stars which brings the overall rating to 3 stars. The facility is clean. Next time, I may try another provider to see if the scheduling process is any easier. It certainly can't...
Read moreApr 2,2024: I've been here many times and the experience has always been good. However this last time, when the report was sent to my inbox on the portal, the pdf had both letters - one stating all was fine and the other stating that there was an abnormality and I needed a follow up. This was very confusing and if there was an issue, I needed to know right away. I called the office left a message, called back again to the appt line and they said that they thought everything was normal but then someone would call back to clarify and confirm - NO one has called, it's been a week since the procedure. I am truly disappointed with this type of service.
Apr 4, 2024: The manager at Princeton Radiology just called to apologize for the confusion and to let me know that there was an issue with the letter in the portal. So, bottom line, my results are good :-) Had hoped it would have been clarified right...
