Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Marlboro Township

I’m at the bar at this moment at this place. First time I thought to give it a try. Devils-rangers 2-2 in a playoff game…..A PLAYOFF GAME! (two jerseys on the physical wall of this location) in a playoff game! Entire place filled with devils & rangers jerseys as you can see. And the manager tells me they “were told by ownership” to put the audio on a NON-GAME EVENT! The NFL draft. One dude in here with a jets jersey, one! One! Know your audience, know your location! I’m sorry I even thought to give this “sports bar” a try. I won’t be back

EDIT: ownerships response to this review is interesting. I am not returning, you lost me, I posted this for other Devil & ranger fans to understand that this is not the “sports bar” they should consider going to. Not for bww ownership to read. If you read it and want to learn from it great, if not go on catering to the 3 people at the location for the nfl draft rather then the sea of people there for actual hockey playoff games. I spent over $50 at your location before the game even started, if I stayed you would have had well over $100 from me. And if I continued to come back for more hockey games throughout this stanley cup final, lets conservatively say 3 games a week for the next 7 weeks. Thats easily $2,000 likely far more in potential sales you lost in me, but if you don’t want me thats totally fine its your business you can do what you want with it. The same as I can take my business where I want it.

With that said; To the hockey people here are better locations not too far away: fireside bar & grill, moores tavern, bar louie, ryan’s pub, locals bar. Take your business to people who want it not to people who treat your business as though they don’t even understand why you came out to...

We were there 4/12/22 at 545 pm. we were very dissatisfied with the service and food. we ordered our drinks 1st and 2 of the drinks came out and it took another 20 min before my husbands beer came out. The waitress Walesky said she was new and that the bar was busy meanwhile the bar tenders were wiping the bar and talking. We asked for the manager and Frank came over and he wasn't friendly at all seemed like he didn't care at all. then the food came out and the wings were very dried out barely any sauce on it and my husband said that frank said he will get us new ones, my husband asked to leave the old ones there and bring new ones out he said he was taking them back and would bring back new ones, when it was brought out again it looked like the ones taken back with tons of sauce on it it was still dried out, my son and husband normally finish the 20 wings bit they let 1/2 cause they didn't enjoy. My meal the buffalo chicken wrap I asked for no tomato and sauce on side, the wrap came out with no tomatos and the sauce was on it , so we had to send back and I had to wait for new one. then the bill came and the waitress forgot to take off my rewards, so Frank came over and took receipt and came back and said only the chips and salsa was redeemed I showed him proof that the wrap was also redeemed. the blond manager didn't get her name gave me coupon for free entree and chips, fine but still we were extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience tonight. My husband asked multiple times why does it take 20 min more to get a beer after the drinks were served, all he was told was she talk to them that's not a good answer. spending close to $50 you expect good service...

We just left Buffalo wild wings and I gave it a four star because of the kitchen. The service was great. They even have new managers. There was an issue with our food we ordered white wings and a side order of the buffalo chips. When the food came out the chips were short meaning we only had literally 12 chips we counted with the waitress and they did short us quantity on the wings. The wings never came out what they were dry. I wanted to bring it to the managers attention before we started to eat and she came over immediately with the waitress sincerely apologized and agreed with us that the order was in accurately brought out. She then however brought out extra potato chips and an entire order of wings white. The waitress Janine and Ashleigh were great super accommodating and I would go back and request to sit with them it’s not the service that’s making this place negative it’s the kitchen. The kitchen needs to start caring and not being lazy and not reading the Slips. And I know for a fact she ordered it correctly because we were sitting right where she enters it and they were reading it out loud as she was entering it in the system all in all a good night and the wings that she brought out we were not charged for so I would go back and request those ladies again thank y slips.
