Apex Center — Attraction in Marlborough

My phone is always telling me to review since I go to the planet fitness here daily.

Ok, so the food is meh. The beer selection is decent, and they usually have a special that's local, so that's cool. The entertainment aspects are good, but expensive. They could use additional kids gocart times - my 13 year old has yet to get a slot. The hardest part is finding a staff - waited 15 minutes on 2 different occasions to try and rent space in the sports simulator.

Overall, seems like they have a management issue. The lack of consistency from service in all departments makes it feel like a cash grab. And it is, but if they were to execute better it wouldn't feel...

The place itself is great, but my partner got cheated out of $100 when he was charged twice for an arcade card. We’re from out of town so he has to call instead of going in-person and he keeps getting the run-around, no resolution yet and this has been an issue since May 2023. Management is non-responsive. No calls retuned. No acknowledgement. Please beware when purchasing the arcade cards!! Large shopping center with plenty of shopping options. Apex Entertainment is the main attraction and is surrounded by various shopping and food options. Location is conveniently off the highways and getting in and out is fairly easy. There is plenty of free parking available but getting parking close to the entrance/exit is hard because it's always super busy.
