Horrible product, horrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a very expensive refrigerator from Mittens about 2 years ago, and thank goodness we got the warranty, since then it has been in repair for over 6 months of that time, then we were told that it could not be repaired. The insurance company told us that the entire amount would be covered as long as they gave us the same model which they could not do, so we then had to pay an additional $1400 to get the same refrigerator with a couple of different shelf configurations. We were charged the extra amount 2 weeks before receiving the refrigerator. When we scheduled the delivery, I called to reschedule for the next week as we were going to be out of town, the person didnât even take my name or any information, I had to tell him donât you need to know who this is for? He then said okay I guess let me get the name, and assured me it would be changed. We then get a call the day before the original scheduled date stating they would be there at 8:30 the next morning. We rushed home to ensure it would be ready. The delivery person was rude and rolled his eyes at me when I told him I didnât know how to shut the water off for the fridge water hose, as he was the same person who had taken out and delivered our old refrigerator every time we had it in for service and had done it each time. They finished installing, left lots of the plastic protective covering still on the refrigerator and just yelled we are done and exited our house without even showing us the ânewâ refrigerator or asking us if we had any questions. We then get a call the next day that we need to come sign a paper for financing which we had already been charged for 2 weeks ago. My husband asked why they didnât have us sign yesterday when they were in our home, and Jay stated because there were no adults home. My husband and I were both home, I was the one who let them in, and nobody mentioned any form. Jay was also rude on the phone. I then needed to use it again. I called you guys back in August to have my couch fixed, you came and took pictures of my furniture and then I never heard from you again. Until I reached out to you in February which no one there was taking any responsibility for it was the warranty companies fault not yours, ok fine maybe I believe that at first. But then I called back today to find out the status of getting my couch fixed and this time I was made to feel like it was my fault because I never called back. I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM YOU PEOPLE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY STOP BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMERS ( EX CUSTOMERS NOW) It took you people 10 freaking months and you have lost a customer. Managers are just as bad at making anything right. I went there because of their prices and hometown store but severely regret that now. I was ignored for 10 minutes before salesperson came to me. I knew what I wanted and bought a whole living room set. They delivered during the day so my husband had to take off of work. After they carried my furniture, they scrapped my brand new couch and loveseat on the wall 4-5 times. They called their manager after first trying to leave before my husband made a big deal of it and I was only offered a petty $100. I spent alot of money for a brand new set and now it's damaged and all I get is less than 2% of what I paid. After all that I am still waiting for that money 2 weeks later!! And now I have to call to get it because their record keeping can't keep up with their business.
