Surge Adventure Park — Attraction in Mary Esther

Ok, this is a hard review. Let me try to explain. I purchased 2 hours jump time for 2 online, did the wavier online as well. Once we got to the place it felt as if we had walked into a sauna. No AC in the main jump areas. Now this isn’t a situation of it broke that day. This AC has been out for over 3 months. After 15 minutes it was kinda of miserable! Florida heat is a killer. Now, there is ac back in the offices of the manager…and I was told a few different stories about the AC problem. Really, I don’t care which story is true. The manager running this business doesn’t mind taking money from customers and there isn’t a single mention about the AC being out on the website. The building belongs to the mall, I’m told and lots of blame back and forth which we as customers shouldn’t even hear about. Get the AC fixed or lower prices and put it out there that it’s miserable inside. I’m sure sitting in the office with the AC on doesn’t give you the full affect of how it feels for your customers, let alone your poor employees! They workers there look overheated, and they are trying their best with what they are given. Nobody should have to work like that. The place could use a good cleaning as well. The sweet employees there refunded my second hour, and we left. Will not return unless I go in and check the conditions of the place first. Celebrated my son’s 8th Birthday Party here and it was PERFECT! Such an awesome and fun time! The facility was clean, easy to navigate and had so many different activities! We had booked my son’s party online in a week and a half before the party. Making reservations, providing invitation information and throughout the entire party everything went very smooth and easy! It was hands down one of the BEST facilities to enjoy celebrating his birthday with family and friends. We had our own staff member and room to help get everyone checked in with armbands, socks and ensure the waiver forms were completed and verified. We brought cupcakes and ordered Pizza to be delivered. Surge provided the rest (table clothes, balloons, napkins, plates, etc. ) All I can say is what FUN memorable experience! Hayley was our Surge Party host and she was Stellar!.. Beyond Stellar! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and had superior communication with parents and kids of all ages! She was kind, approachable and was instrumental for the party going as great as it did! I was nervous about wanting to make sure his birthday went well and was enjoyed by everyone and thanks to Hayley she made that happen! Let me start by saying, we’ve been to this trampoline park few times already. It’s not perfect by any means. Nonetheless, this area doesn’t offer whole lot of options for families with kids. Thus, we have to appreciate what we got. With that said, during our last year’s visit (January 2020) we ended up catching coronavirus with our whole family. We’re 99% sure that we caught from here because we didn’t go any other public place before this or after. And after visiting here two days later I tested positive for COVID. Can’t really blame the entity because it was our mistake visiting during pandemic times. Nonetheless, after exactly a year time we decided to visit it again since as I mentioned previously there aren’t many other options to experience with kids around this part of Florida. And overall it was a decent time spent with our kids. I still wish it was little cleaner and toddler’s section had more options or space as our little one got bored there very quickly. Last but definitely not least, there are some sharp or rather hard/solid platforms around the park. It would’ve been nice if administration took some cautionary measures and cover those areas with some soft padding or whatnot. Otherwise, it looks as if incident(s)...
