Kay Jewelers in Ft Walton Beach , Florida Is awesome! Despite being in a small mall, Kay's Jewelers is the place to shop for all your jewelry needs! The staff is wonderful; their manager Liz Meeker remembers my name from previous purchases and welcomes me into her store with a big genuine smile and greets me by name! Makes me feel very special thank you! I have bought 5 items from this store over the years because of the staff and their professional expertise and advice This store offers endless choices of jewelry and the staff will send out personal reminders of upcoming sales or special showings. For example, Le. Vien is a special line of exquisite natural stones and they come to this store 2x /yr and both the manager (E. Meeker) and her assistant mgr( E. Rodriguez) send personal emails to help me earmark my calendar (as I asked them to do )so I wouldn't miss out on special sales of premier jewelry. They offer personal service and are not pushy about wanting to show you yummies far above my price point which I appreciate. My absolute favorite jewelry store! I went into the store in 2020 and told Elizabeth (one of the lead associate’s) that a particular ring would one day be my forever ring. 4 years later, I walked into the store with my partner and she went straight to the ring, and handed it to her. We sat for almost 2 hours finding the perfect base to finish my ring. It’s so perfect! On our one month anniversary, Emily and Elizabeth helped her find the perfect pair of stud earrings. The lifetime warranty program is one of the best. I caught my ring in the middle of a lock and door handle, and chipped my diamonds. I brought into the store (devastated might I add), they sent it off and had it repaired like new in less than a month. They conduct inspections regularly to ensure your pieces continue to last a lifetime. We absolutely love the positive energy we receive every time we visit! My husband brought us in to shop for my birthday present. Sonya was helping us and she was incredible! I am very particular and also indecisive, not a good combination. Nothing in the store was really what I was looking for so Sonya brought up a selection online for me to look over. As I scoured through the options, our 3 & 5 year olds were getting impatient and my husband and I were worried we may have to call it a day without picking my gift.. but Ms Sonya to the rescue!! She brought out building blocks and tasked the kids with building certain things to keep them occupied. Each time they finished she would excitedly look over their creations.
