Good location and easy access plenty of parking. They have a good selection of hand tools power tools and machinery. If you work with tools everyday I highly recommend you get professional tools like Snap-on Craftsman those kind. After years of experience I just feel like they're tools are average they're good for what you pay for them but I wouldn't use them if my job depended on it. So if he used tools around the house once or twice a month I'd say it's worth your while I'm not really impressed with their hand Grinders & power tools. 1. They need some education in customer service.
2. I am tired of getting stuff defective right out of the box from HF.
3. Lose your receipt and you are out of luck.

I bought an item there recently that was DOA and lost my receipt, I just wanted to exchange it and was waiting behind a guy with the same issue. We were told bluntly by a "lady" that no receipt, nothing they can do for us. She said it like she was tired of saying it and was very unsympathetic.

Great service and staff. I left my phone at the house where my 25% off coupon in text or email (I get them both) format was located. When I got to checkout I was ready and willing to accept my error and pay the extra however when I asked, they gladly helped me. That's the type of service that brings customers back.
