I had reserved a trip directly with this group for an excursion day from our week long cruise. I purchased the tickets months in adavnce so to have a spot on the boat. I realized I booked the wrong boat and reached out to the company to change the reservation for the same day on their second boat, and they were more than happy and helpful to change the reservation also at this time I added the Snuba to the tickect which was an extra charge that I was happy to pay for. The day before of our trip the seas were so bad that our Cruise ship could not make it port to dock safely. I reached out as quickly as I could to the company that we would not be able to make the trip, they asked if I was canceling and I told them yes, could I get a refund. The response was that they had a 72 hour cancelation policy and no refund would be issued. We had no control over the rough seas, or the fact that We could not make it to shore to catch their tour. Seeing as how they were unwilling to refund either way, I did not cancel our tour there was the slightest chance of docking the day of trip. It didn't happen, we docked on the other side of the island 30 minutes after our check in time. 3 days later there is an email with a refund notice for the added on snuba. While I am grateful for that, why not an entire refund? I did contact them just as soon as I knew we wouldn't make it. 26 hours before we were to leave. IMO it is a bad way to run business, somes things are out of our control and I beleive there should be some consession for cases like this. I am sure we would have a wonderful day...

Our best experience in Maui! Originally booked on their older and larger boat, they moved us to their factory fresh smaller craft. The whole experience was great. Upon boarding we were given a nice continental breakfast. There was room to be comfortable on board. Justin, the captain, gave humorous descriptions of our trip and destination. As we cruised to Molikini (which we were fortunate to get to go as wind had prevented that stop the day before and after) snorkel gear was distributed and a lesson given. The crew (Austin, Lennie, Kayden) were very attentive and made sure we had appropriate gear. Upon arriving at Molikini the guests piled into the water for the best snorkeling we've experienced: clear water, abundant sea life, and beautiful coral. It was great. On return to our second stop, Savannah (first mate) fired up the barbie and grilled the guest's requested item. As at breakfast, plenty of food and it was as good as you could wish for on an excursion trip. Justin generously visited with us while cruising, making an entertaining trip. Our second stop was near the highway tunnel, and I was concerned that this was going to be a good stop. We weren't disappointed, and we were able to follow a sea turtle for five minutes, only stopping when going "out of bounds" of where the crew wanted us to be. The last leg back to the dock was the 'beverage' portion, with a variety of drinks provided. Multiple crew members made sure the passengers had their drinks of choice. In summary, great crew, great craft, decent food, and fantastic snorkeling. Couldn't...

Signed up for the Molokini and Turtle Town snorkeling tour and we ended up not being able to go to either location. Nowhere on the website, booking, or fine print does it say there's a chance of not going to the crater of Molokini. I'd understand if they mention the risk of weather before hand but that was completely omitted and for the price, going to Molokini was the main reason I booked this trip. The website even says "Because of its unique crescent shape, it is protected from high winds, offering calm waters and vibrant underwater life." This makes it seem like high winds wouldn't affect the ability to be able to go there. I heard from other passengers the last time they came they also weren't able to go to the crater. It should at least be mentioned that going to Molokini is weather permitting if this happens regularly, especially since the price is so high. I've done just as good, and better snorkeling from a beach for free compared to the spot we went. Over 5 hours and we snorkeled for maybe 40 minutes and "whale watched" for the rest.

A lady made an announcement about SNUBA and anyone interested should join her for a short class downstairs. She said it was sold out but sometimes there are people who drop out so come to the class if you want to be on the waitlist. As she walked by I asked, "What's SNUBA?" and she said it was sold out so she's not really trying to sell it and walked away without taking the 10 seconds it would have taken to explain what SNUBA is.

Captain was kind and informational.

They also had no gluten free...

We did the Molokini and Turtle Town morning snorkel in early June. The boat was clean, huge, and spacious. The crew was clearly customer service focused. You could tell they wanted everyone to have an amazing experience. And we DID! They provided a variety of drinks all day, breakfast, lunch, and a cookie at the end. They had all the gear needed to make us feel safe and prepared. So happy that they even had goggles with my prescription so I could see clearly underwater. I can not say enough good things about this team of people-Jason, Takako, Kana, Zach, and Justin. They were knowledgeable, caring, and so friendly. They were instantly our friends/family for the morning. The two snorkel sights were amazing and this trip was a highlight of our vacation! I am especially thankful to Takako for the extra care and sweet, gentle approach she took with our 7 year old daughter. This was our daughter's first snorkel and Takako helped her with her goggles to get them just right so she could enjoy seeing the beautiful underwater creatures. She also encouraged our daughter to stick with it (when her bad sunburn from the previous day at the beach was really aching). So with Takako's encouragement along with myself and her daddy, she did! And she loved it! If I could suggest just one thing it would be that pride of Maui invest more in better speakers. I missed quite a bit of educational information from the captain because the speakers muffled what he was saying. It just wasn't clear, unfortunately.

6 STARS! This was by far the best cocktail & sunset cruise I've been on!! I booked the Pride of Maui Sunset Grill & Cocktail Cruise as a pre-birthday gift for my husband. It was INCREDIBLE!!! We would give it 7-STARS if we could! the staff and captain were so awesome! Captain at yhe helm the emtore time, the small staff serving us drinks, entertainment and hosting! The staff was friendly, professional and quick! The ship was clean and decorated just perfect enough to give a feel of Hawaiian sea/Luau. The cruise was very intimate yet fun and quaint and gave you enough time to relax/unwind to enjoy the water, sounds and sights. Once we left the harbor an immediate open bar! The drinks were cold, tastey & ready. We then had a small platter of fruits, cheeses, and crackers available and continued to cruise out to see the sunset. Once we were steady cruising we were treated to a few classy short shows. LOVED IT! We THEN had a light dinner served! LOVED IT! We continued to mill around so we could admire the beautiful sunset, night sky & stars. As we headed back to the harbor we were served more drinks and DESSERT too!!! LOVED IT! Im so glad I booked with The Pride of Maui! 👍🏼Absolute class all the way! 🌺🍹🍻 We will remember this cruise for a long time to come! 💗 ***NOTE: Bring a hair clip in case the wind whips up. Bring a GOOD camera. Bring your appetites!

I took my kids (ages 12 and 13) to Maui for the first time this month. I went on the Molokini crater and turtle town snorkel tour back in 2018 with this company and knew my kids would have a great time. It did not disappoint! We actually went on my 40th birthday and I could not have asked for a better day. The crew were all super friendly and helpful and you felt that they truly wanted you to have a wonderful time. Justin was particularly stellar. The captain was great about outlining safety expectations and guidelines. The tour was full but it did not seem crowded by any means and everything was well organized. We had plenty of time at both locations, did not feel rushed. The staff they had out in the water were great about keeping people safe. We saw so many turtles at turtle town and that had been my only birthday wish! The lunch is standard burgers and hot dogs, nothing special but it fills you up and they do it in shifts, which worked really well. Overall a really fun, memorable experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour. Mahalo for making my birthday such a fun one!! Oh, I didn't quite understand the arrival instructions and was stressing about parking. Park at the big pay to park lot next to the Maui Ocean Center and it's a very short walk until you see the signs for check in pointing you down the dock to the left.
