The Spa at Hāna-Maui Resort — Attraction in Maui

I just had the most horrible experience. I am a regular and come often to treat myself for a Spa day. A month and a half ago I came and was not informed about a co-ed rule. I was bombarded by staff telling me I had to put a bathing suit on. So this time 5 weeks later I come to relax and enjoy I get harassed in the steam room...This hefty blonde lady came in the steam room harrassing me and telling me to put a suit on. I told her I wasn't informed this time and she said "Yes, you were" arguing with me (back and forth) ...attacking me! So I get out put my suit on and she's still giving me a hard time. It was extremely disturbing and it was not normal...I was being bullied in the lockeroom. I left feeling very vulnerableand upset so I left...Nobody deserves this kind...

I had The BEST massage EVER in Hana!!!!! My huaband and I were in at the Hana hotel and decided to get a couples massage. Both of us loved our massages - we had the custom 90 deep tissue combined with hawaiian lomi lomi and we added in extra neck and shoulder with a delicious peppermint bee balm. The scalp massage was sublime!! This is one of the most relaxing and serene locations on the island. Each massage room is beautifully decorated and quiet. The spa courtyard is private only for spa guests- i would return again just...

This is is an expensive spa with mediocre amenities. I paid $350 for a massage and use of the facilities. My massage was okay, but it was not a deep tissue massage, which is what I requested.
