As a new patient in Wailuku Dental Group, it has been a very comfortable and pleasant experience. From when I stepped in the Office I was greeted with kindness and the receptionist made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Even another patient waiting made me feel much more relaxed. I was then called in by Hygienist Megan and she was awesomely great! Taking my x-rays and explaining what she was doing. that was an awesome experience. Then my Dentist, Dr. Heather Hearon came in and she was just as awesome. She knew her stuff and explained everything about my teeth. Dr Hearon examined my teeth, explained what she saw. Dr Hearon asked me what I wanted to do and then she explained what options I can take. I love the way Dr Hearon took such great care and interest to what I wanted. She never made me feel out of place or any negative energy, because it has been a long time since I've been to the dentist. A really long time! Even the cashier was great! My experience at Wailuku Dental Group has been a wonderful experience! I even told my co-workers and family about the staff and my experience. My husband will soon be going there too! In my family, I usually find a dentist or doctor first before my whole entire family follows me. When we moved from Lahaina to Kihei, I needed to find a dentist. I mean the "right" dentist and hygienist!!! It's very important to have the best cleaning and dental experience. I mean you know and you can feel it when you find the right one. Honestly, I've bounced to 3 different dental offices before I found Wailuku dental group. When I first stepped in to their office, something felt right. The office staff was, and still is friendly. And I met the most amazing dental hygienist name Lisa. Since day 1, and up to this day, she is still my hygienist, and she better not leave (lol). But honestly, all their hygienist are great. I just have my favorite. Dr Lau is a great dentist. Cool, friendly and great at what he does. Since I loved going there, my whole family followed me of course after my first dental appt (yes, they are all still going there up to this day). We''ve been going there for many years now, I can't even remember how long. Now, Dr Vargas is another dentist besides Dr Lau that I see at their office, she is as good as Dr Lau. I love her too. She's amazingly great at what she does too. The dentist's, all the hygienists, and the staff are super friendly. I wouldn't trade it anywhere else.
