I ordered a product through the website and then ordered the 2 day shipping as an up-charge to get the product in time for a game, 2 days came and went and never received my product. I asked for a refund of the difference in the up-charge from regular shipping rate and they refused...over a minor difference of ~$10, I guess they do not need business as they lost this customer.
I spoke to District Manager at FedEx and they said the original shipper (Soccer Village) needs to file a claim as they were the one that initiated the shipment. Also, nowhere on the Soccer Village website says (disclaimer) that when you pay the extra fee to ship something faster, even though you pay the extra amount.
After a phone call to my FedEx rep, I got the shipment hand delivered to me at 1pm today after 3 days, instead of the 2 day I paid for...again, reiterated that the original shipper who also was charged a rate of 2 day needs to file a claim, because FedEx stands behind their business and they messed up, so if Soccer Village would file a claim, they would get billed a lower rate for the shipment, but since companies make money off of a customer when you request anything other than free shipping, they would save while you still spent the extra money to get it in 2 days.
As I said, I am done with Soccer Village, there are plenty of other soccer...

Let me start with the good: Scott helped me find the perfect pair of cleats, explained the difference between firm ground and soft ground (who knew the ground had feelings?), and even tolerated my 30-minute debate over which shin guards made me look faster. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with a soccer pun — I was ready to nominate him for Employee of the Month.
And then... the betrayal.
We were chatting like old pals when I casually mentioned Raiders of the Lost Ark, expecting a nod of appreciation or a hearty “Snakes… why’d it have to be snakes?” Instead, Scott cringed. Cringed! He said, and I quote, “I never really got into that one.”
Excuse me? That one? Sir, that’s not “just a movie” — it’s an archaeological adventure masterpiece! You sold me cleats with precision, but buried your credibility like the Ark of the Covenant.
Still, I’ll forgive him. Because even though his movie taste is suspect, his soccer knowledge is top tier. Just don’t let him pick what’s playing on...

I read the return policy for soccer village before driving 40 minutes from home get to the store. The guy at the front had no type of store training. He said that because we paid cash. The only thing he could do was give us store credit which in the policy it states that if you pay cash the store would refund you with a company check or store credit and he kept insisting that the only thing he could do was store credit they do not follow their policy. When there was a sign with the policy by the cashier stating if paid with cash you get a Company check or store credit which I wanted the Company check!
