Five Guys — Restaurant in Mayfield Heights

I have been to this very wonderful fab burger place several times, and the service here is nothing less than awesome. I know that because everything here is labeled very nicely. All the tables and chairs are clean, and the good news about this fab place is that there is a menu above so that you can decide what very wonderful food and drink you want. The second good news about this is that there's milkshakes. I always come to this very excellent place for a plain hamburger, milkshake and fries and no matter what, they all taste spectacular every time. Last Sunday (4/27), when I came here for lunch around 2:45pm, it was very spectacular. I had a plain hamburger, fries, and milkshake. Fries were delicious. The hamburger was delicious, and with regards to the milkshake, it was absolutely superb. And whenever I want a different drink, like if I were to have Hi-C fruit punch, they have a wonderful clean drink machine so that you can choose your drink. Bottom line is that this place is filled with absolute generous service here. Staff wastes zero time at all prepping our food and wastes no time calling our table number. It is very awesome when the table number is called so that we know our order is ready. Many thanks to the staff and their non-stop professionalism to make and cook this beautiful meal. I normally don't leave reviews for what I consider fast food unless I have a CRAZY terrible experience and want to warn the general public, HOWEVER... my experiences with this particular Five-Guys have each been impressive. The type of service you might expect from a Chick-fil-a minus the "my pleasure". The last time I was in there the cashier asked me a riddle and the man who has GOT to be the manager named Ricardo descretly made sure that guests weren't uncomfortable but the extra conversation as well as gave good delegation and direction to him. This time I was served by a gorgeous supermodel named Dynasty who was as friendly through and professional. The restaurant was clean and everyone else was friendly as well. As a busy business owner I pay very close attention to processes, management, customer care and things of that sort. I can tell that the leadership her is (or at least appears to be) top notch but without people like Ricardo and Dynasty this would be just another fast food place that would undoubtedly close down. in fact the next time I go in there I will probably offer them a Job... watch out...

Came in on tuesday 9/18 for the first time trying 5 guys. I would definitely suggest 5 guys to everyone!! From the Food, awesome employees and services were 10 stars. The guys were on top of everything...My only negatives are the prices a bit high..Fountain Soda for $2.50 is little high especially if your taking out and not getting a refill. I absolutely 100% enjoyed my Burger Top 3 Burger joint for sure!! The lobby was pretty clean but the tables could have been cleaned for sure. I understand lunch rush but you have to make guests want to comeback, eat inside and to enjoy there meal. Not having a clean table can be frustrating especially if you work outside and you just want to sit down and enjoy your lunch and or dinner. I would definitely recommend 5 guys to all. Employees were awesome. The speed of service was awesome, the restaurant in itself was good but the prices a bit high and the tables needed to be cleaned. I still give 5 stars for the whole experience!! Enjoy it because...
