I have been coming to daydreams since they first opened, I’ve bought vape pens, CBD carts, adult toys, pipes, edibles, you name it, and I had never had any issues with them but I’m not sure if they are under new management or what, but Maria is a TERRIBLE manager whom was okay with her clients leaving the establishment unsatisfied. We bought a vape pen a few days ago and the charging piece didn’t work, we took it back TODAY and I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted a working piece to charge my pen which I’m pretty sure every user wants when they buy something NEW! The manager wasn’t even there, the employee Angel, had to ask the manager basically for permission to call her so a customer can speak to her! And once on the phone, the manager was just plain garbage laughing at my husband over the phone for what he was saying, not taking him serious, giving him “oh well” vibes. We come all the way from Rio Grande city, my partner and I, 2-3 times a week and it just so happens we come across this Very Very Legit smoke shop! The lighting of the establishment lured us to it and we were highly satisfied with Penelope’s Customer Sevice! She recommended great choices, (which we we considered ) and will definitely keep going back! Her professionalism is rare to find here in the valley. Highly recommend!
