I should’ve listened to my mom when she would ask me; come with me! She has been going for about four weeks now to learn how to cook healthy affordable meals so I told her today. Hey, let me go with you. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. I’m so happy I went! The two girls up in the front are very kind and courteous! I was able to go in for free based off of my insurance. I just needed to give them my insurance card and a proof of ID and I was in we went for a late dinner at 5:45 PM. The main entrée was turkey shepherd pie! The starter was a spring mix, apple slices, cranberries, walnuts, feta cheese! Yummm. With a strawberry and raspberry vinaigrette they literally tell you and give you the right measurements based on gender and weight, all that sort of stuff on a paper you go home and you’re able to cook the same meal that you have there with them! To be able to sit down and actually have the meal is really really nice! Highly recommend this place. The cook is awesome and his assistant which I did not get her name; They were very, very polite and courteous as well and very informative and answered any and all questions we had. We were a group of 10 all strangers to each other I went in with my mother only, but it was awesome. It was very intimate as well so highly recommended! (: will be going again!

I love Peggy Ramon and her sound nutrion sense. She is both kind and professional. She helps me trouble shoot how I can be a better Type 2 diabetic. I struggle with snacks, and she has provided me with many example and ideas, most of which include pictures of packaging. Between her advice and my PA, my A1C is in the normal range again. (The red velvet donuts are THE BEST!)

I couldn’t believe the quality of all the meals. Peggy is a registered dietician and tailors to your needs/goals. My favorite meal probably had to be the chicken entomatadas and the protein pancakes! I highly recommend !

The rating is SOLELY based on service. I would easily give 5 Stars, the meals are great tasting, portions are impressive, and you can’t beat the pricing. So so much better than other local meal prep places I’ve tried where the food is either bland or their focus is on quantity and not quality. Staff is very nice and ready to help.

HOWEVER, when it comes to service, I really wish they would implement some changes as to how they coordinate pick-up and preparation. This is only my 2nd time doing a challenge, and both times there have been meals missing in my order. It’s a real inconvenience when it’s an hour round trip to the location and back home. Staff is quick to replace, but then it kind of sets off the schedule. During both challenges I witnessed customers upset at how long they had been waiting for their orders until they’re finally brought out. This has not been an issue as of yet for me, but something to consider nonetheless. Another thing that isn’t a huge deal if you’re going straight home after picking up, but gets a little risky if you have small errands to run or a long drive back (like me), is that the food isn’t too cold. Not sure if it’s being made as orders are being picked up, or if the refrigerators are not too cold, this may be just lack of information on my part, but something to think about. Finally, wait time when calling can get frustrating.

Regardless, I’ve been recommending the location to family members since I started, because of the pure quality of the food. I don’t foresee myself not ordering in the future, unless the issues mentioned above become major inconveniences, which easily...

The rating would be for the meal prep service. I would give the nutritionist a five star review. I paid about $50 the day prior towards a $80 order and then sent my husband to pick up the order. My husband let the nutritionist know that he was only paying the remaining amount but was still charged the full $80. I called and explained that I had already paid and gave the receipt number for proof. They then offered my husband a refund of only $30 with does not make sense since we overpaid $50. After my husband had to explain how their math was incorrect they agreed to refund the $50. They had also overcharged for 5 items that were listed on the website for $6 or $7 They charged me $7.50 each instead. I know it’s nothing but with everything else going on I was frustrated with the whole situation. It was too much of an inconvenience and I decided to return everything I had ordered and decided to find meal preps elsewhere. The only reason I decided to try the meal preps here was because the dietician that sees me recommended them and she has been great. While I was getting my full refund the owner asked to speak to me and apologized and offered me to keep the food but I declined as the food has been sitting in the sun for 2-3 hours while we were dealing with this inconvenience. I just wanted to give the food back and get my money back like the order had never happened. It was a very disappointing experience since I was looking forward to join their month challenge with X3...
