Such a cool hidden away spot in the lovely McDonough Square! I saw where there was a local art show going on and I just knew I had to stop by!!! Glad I did. This space is so beautiful and gives a lot of local artists the opportunity to showcase their work.

Such a cool hidden away spot in the lovely McDonough Square! I saw where there was a local art show going on and I just knew I had to stop by!!! Glad I did. This space is so beautiful and gives a lot of local artists the opportunity to showcase their work.

Hood Street Art Center is really special. When you walk in, you can feel the energy and creativity all around. The art they display is super varied and makes you think. It shows off the skills of local artists. The staff are friendly, know a lot about the art, and love what they do. Nice place for a small gathering maybe 100 or less. That actually depends on your occasion!. It's like a all purpose room with a patio.. more like a freight room! I believe you could make it fabulous if you have the vision for what you want 😉 the only negative it was too cold, even the employee was wearing a sweater...
