It started with an idea I had to surprise and treat my wife to a stress free shopping experience. I messaged Kara directly, and we discussed the idea. Over the next two days we talked style, budget and logistics to have a private styling and shopping experience, and she took it from there. Based on our conversations, my expectations were already very high, and somehow she found a way to exceed them!!
The next day, Kara and her associate Isabelle treated my wife like a couple of girlfriends out shopping, with great style advice and even had outfits already picked out. They took a personalized approach to their recommendations and she loved everything she tried on.
The proof was in the phone call I received from my wife after her appointment. I could hear the smile on her face and she sounded so genuinely thrilled. She LOVED having someone help her pick out combinations that fit her look and style, maybe even pushed her past her comfort zone.
I loved having a budget set up front. My wife isn’t the type to spend money on herself without some type of guilt despite working full time and taking care of our family. She would rather spend it on our boys or nieces and nephews. Being able to just hand my wife my card and tell her the budget was handled was perfect. The prices are very reasonable and I was surprised what all she got for the money!

Read moreI've been to this store once or twice before. I was very disappointed by the service I just received this afternoon. The employee on duty was either very distracted or just didn't want to be there, but the customer service was non-existent. There was only 1 other customer in the store at the time. I wasn't once greeted while I shopped but she clearly saw me; she walked past me a few times. I was hesitant to even make a purchase but found a skirt I liked and decided I would buy it anyways. Upon checkout, the employee was still very distracted or something. Didnt seem to want my business at all. No eye contact whatsoever, and upon completing the transaction she slid the bag over and instantly turned around back to whatever she was doing. No thank you at all. So, I said "Thank you!" After I grabbed the bag. No response, didnt even turn around. So I said it again, louder, "Thank you!" and finally got a "have a nice day" response but still never even looked my direction. I am big on customer service. Some of the clothes are cute, but I probably won't be back. Everyone has bad days, I understand that, but another lady walked in while I perused- she was greeted gleefully. Read moreI have gone here several times and each time I am completely ignored and the associate has been on the phone with what appears to be the owner discussing business both times. This time I learned she has been feeling nauseous as she was put on speaker phone during my checkout. Rude and stand-offish is how I would describe my overall experience here. Was never asked if I needed help with sizing while trying things on and had to come out half clothed to get another size. I went to the car and saw she overcharged me for a sweatshirt. I went back in for my refund and was told she couldn’t refund my tax and told me I was out the money because her system wouldn’t refund my taxes. She kept repeating that she could refund my taxes even though it was her error. Never apologized. I had her call the owner and they eventually worked it out by making me rebuy the sweatshirt and taking it off of the purchase price. She had attitude the entire time. I will NEVER...
