I would be very careful about leaving my personal jewelry at this location. I had a mothers ring that I had to have cut off I took my ring a $3000 ring to this location to be fixed. It was left for several months. I did call to make sure it was OK I wasn't sure and everything was OK. They let someone pick my ring up that wasn't even me, and my name was the only one on the paper. When I went to pick it up, they said it's been picked up it's gone. I did not pick my ring up. They proceeded to tell me that it's not their problem because someone picked it up but no one else should have been able to pick my ring up. In my name with my phone number it was my mother's ring now it's gone. They only did this because they knew the family of the boy who picked it up so they let him have it. He sold it to the pawnshop at the end of the strip there. And they won't help you much either. he sold it and had it melted down. no one in this situation will help me. Because they were no receipts nor paperwork just my name on a piece of paper.
